Web Traffic Control (WTC) is a trading name of UareL Limited, a company registered in England under company number 06317675 with our registered office at Unit 22 Grenville Workshops, 1-7 Grenville Road, London, N19 4EH, UK. Our GB VAT number is 972170420.
Description of service
WTC is an exchange platform that connects Advertisers with Bloggers. Advertisers can distribute content to which they hold Rights, and bloggers can earn money by hosting the Advertiser content.
Your information
WTC may send out communications such as service announcements, administrative messages and newsletters, and these communications are considered part of the membership and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them.
Privacy policy
We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. By using this site you are giving us permission to use your personal information in the ways set out in this Privacy Policy and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
Use of this site
WTC reserves the right to suspend access to, or withdraw all or any elements of this site, and to restrict access to some parts to registered users only. WTC shall have no liability for unavailability of this site. WTC reserves the right to make changes to this site at any time without notice. WTC reserves the right to change account plans, and any other features at anytime without any notice. You must not use WTC to promote the WTC affiliate scheme or any of the blogs added to the system. WTC may access, preserve and disclose your information and content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with legal process; (ii) enforce the Terms of Service; (iii) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third parties; (iv) respond to your requests for customer service; or (v) protect the rights, property or personal safety of WTC, its users and the public.
Ownership of rights
All rights, including copyright, in this site are owned by or licensed to WTC. Any use of this site or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of WTC. You may not modify, distribute or re-post something on this site for any purpose.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall WTC be liable (whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise) for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character) arising as a result of the use or inability to use this site (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, breach of password, drop in search engine traffic or rankings, computer failure or malfunction, business interruption, loss of business information or any other pecuniary loss).
Warranties
You agree that WTC is used at your own risk. The service and website is provided "AS IS". WTC and its employees, agents, contractors or officers disclaim all warranties whether express or implied. WTC does not warrant that the service will meet your marketing goals or that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error free. Usage of WTC is at your own and risk and you are responsible for any claims or damages that arise as a result of using the service.
Login and password security
You should not disclose your account information or password to any third parties. You should immediately notify WTC of any unauthorized use of your password and ensure that you logout from your account at the end of each session.
Viruses and attacks
You must not misuse this site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms or other material which is malicious or harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site, the server on which this site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to this site.
Advertisers & Content Policy
WTC does not permit any of the following types of content and / or links: adult, viagra, penis / breast enlargement, pharmacy, gambling, porn, pyramid schemes, poker, casino, hate, offensive, vulgar, religious, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. All content submitted to WTC must be 100% original and you should hold full Rights. You must not submit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party. WTC has the right and sole discretion to decline any content or links that it deems to be unsuitable for inclusion on the system and the right to remove any content or links that violates its Terms of Service.
Bloggers
Bloggers must adhere to the standards set out by WTC. All posts / content received through the network must remain active for at least one year from the date of publication and you must not modify the content in anyway. WTC reserves the right to (i) change entry requirements at anytime without any notice; (ii) decline, or suspend inclusion in the system for any Blog or Blogger at anytime, without any notice; (iii) withhold payments should any of these Terms be violated; (iv) change account plans at anytime, without any notice. WTC does not make any income claims and an income is not guaranteed. You are responsible for any income tax payments that are legally required in your country of residence.
Changes to the terms
We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time and recommend that you look through them on a regular basis.
Jurisdiction
The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to this site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country. These terms are governed by English law.
